All content on this site was developed from scratch by Ryan McKenna. He used a variety of appropriately licensed software products, such as Python and some of the languages addon packages to build the site. The site also relies on Linux to facilitate server behavior. We make no warranty about these tools or systems being safe or fit for use and by using this site you agree to waive any claim against the website operator and our admins resulting from security or other unforeseen problems that may arise with those products.
Any site-content that's downloaded that is outside the designated "download" .zip and .gz files are not owned by the downloader and a copyright grant isn't made when you download these images. Any photo collection downloaded in the clearly marked DOWNLOAD section will transfer 1 non-transferrable copyright license to the downloader where they're then able to use those images for personal use - but by also taking into account what is prohibitted above. These files are not to be shared or transferred. These photo gallery files are not to be used in commercial situations either without a fully detailed agreement with the website operator.
